Postdoctoral Researcher in Numerical Modelling of Ocean Currents

The CNRS Institut Pierre-Simon Laplace seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to investigate interactions between ocean turbulence, seabed topography, and large-scale circulation using the NEMO ocean circulation model. The role involves conducting global and idealised numerical simulations, developing model code for turbulence parameterisations and diagnostics, analysing outputs, and publishing results within the IMPRESSION-ESM project under the TRACCS programme. The position is based in the NEMO R&D team at LOCEAN laboratory in Paris, France.
