Research Associate in Leicester

The Health and Environmental Impacts of Particulate Emissions from Automotive Tyres (HEI-PET) project seeks a Research Associate to study the effects of tyre particulates on health and the environment. The role involves investigating the toxicity of these particulates on human and bacterial cells, with a focus on microbial genetics. Candidates should have a PhD in Microbial Genetics or be close to completion, along with experience in molecular microbiology and 'omics analysis. The position is full-time on a fixed-term contract until June 2028.
