The ASTRO team at the LPC2E/CNRS in Orleans is looking for a PhD student to join their research on astrophysical radio transients, focusing on Long Period Transients (LPTs). The candidate will work on optimizing signal processing algorithms and data analysis related to pulsars and fast transients. This project is fully funded by the ANR national grant, and the student will gain expertise in radio astronomical signal processing and time domain data analysis. Applicants should have a background in Astronomy or related fields, a commitment to full-time research, and a good command of English.
