PhD position – Development of Deep Learning Methods on Multi-Omics Data to Address Tauopathies

DeepLife is looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate to join TAu imMunE (TAME), a European Doctoral Network dedicated to tauopathies. The candidate will develop methods to diagnose and treat tauopathies, including Alzheimer’s disease. The role involves working with proprietary and open-access data to build a digital model of neurons affected by tau pathology. The successful candidate will spend 24 months with DeepLife and 12 months at Université de Lille, with joint supervision. The position is full-time for 36 months, starting November 1, 2026.
