Research Associate (Bioinformatician)

This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to analyze cutting-edge omics datasets, including single nuclei RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, to uncover disease mechanisms and identify biomarkers. The position is part-time and fixed-term for 8 months, focusing on the analysis of large-scale datasets generated from patients with muscular dystrophies. Candidates should have hands-on experience in omics data analysis and proficiency in programming. A PhD in the research area is required.
