Research Associate or Senior Research Associate in Mathematical Innovation

The University of Cambridge invites applications for a Cambridge Mathematical Innovation Research Associate (CaMIRA) position within the newly established Cambridge Hub for Innovative Mathematics in Research and Applications (CHIMiRA). The role is offered at either Research Associate or Senior Research Associate level, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work on interdisciplinary academic projects, industrial collaborations, and consultancy engagements aimed at translating mathematical research into real-world impact. Key responsibilities include conducting research, co-designing projects with non-technical partners, grant writing, and fostering collaborations across academia and industry.
