post-doctoral researcher (M/F)

The project aims to characterize the three-dimensional organization of the genome during DNA replication in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The successful candidate will use high-throughput genomic approaches, including ChIP-seq and Hi-C, to investigate the interplay between DNA replication and genome architecture. Responsibilities include implementing quantitative genomics approaches, performing advanced molecular biology experiments, and applying bioinformatics tools for data analysis.
