Researcher in Thermodynamic and Mass Transport Phenomena for Material Characterization

The successful candidate will conduct research on chemical engineering principles, focusing on mass transport phenomena in solid, polymeric, and composite materials. The objective is to evaluate their suitability for process engineering applications such as membrane-based separations, bioseparation processes, and barrier technologies. Research activities will include sample preparation, morphological and structural characterization, physicochemical and functional analysis, and experimental determination of transport properties and model parameters. The candidate will design, construct, and operate laboratory-scale experimental systems to assess material performance under representative process conditions.
