PhD student in Developmental Biology (EvoDevo)

The project aims to investigate the roles of Notch, Wnt, BMP, and Hedgehog pathways in amphioxus neural development. The PhD student will conduct pharmacological treatments, perform high-throughput RNA sequencing, and analyze data to construct a cellular atlas of the amphioxus nervous system. Responsibilities include managing embryo cultures, conducting experiments, and publishing findings. The position is affiliated with the Complexité du Vivant doctoral school at Sorbonne University.
