PhD Opportunity - Indigenous (Energy)

The Monash Energy Institute is offering a fully funded PhD scholarship for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates focused on advancing First Nations' interests in the Australian energy transition. The scholarship provides a tax-exempt stipend of $53,608 per year for 3.5 years, along with additional funding for research-related expenses. Candidates are encouraged to propose research that supports Indigenous communities in accessing the benefits of energy transition. Early applications are encouraged as assessments will occur on an ongoing basis.
