Part-time Lecturer in Chinese

The Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations at the University of Chicago invites applications for part-time Lecturers in Chinese. The selected candidate will teach language courses at various levels, prepare and grade assignments, and hold office hours. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a related field, superior proficiency in Chinese and English, and experience teaching at the college level. Applications are to be submitted through the University’s Academic Recruitment site, and review will begin on August 28, 2026.
