The Kim Laboratory at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) is looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to explore how neuronal activity and the physical tumor microenvironment influence brain cancer progression. The project aims to define the mechanochemical dialogue between the nervous system and cancer, focusing on how tissue stiffness and extracellular matrix composition affect neuron-glioma interactions. Candidates should have a PhD in neuroscience or related fields and strong expertise in electrophysiology. The position offers a fully funded contract for at least three years, with opportunities for independent research and mentorship.
