The University of Washington's School of Oceanography is looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar to engage in ecogeomorphic marsh modeling. The successful candidate will work on developing models for the Pacific Northwest, involving tasks such as fieldwork, sediment coring, and writing manuscripts. This full-time position is initially for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on funding and performance. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in relevant fields and a strong background in numerical modeling, preferably in Matlab. The position is available from November 1, 2026, with a preference for filling it by January 1, 2027.
