Postdoctoral Fellowship M/F "Understanding the Enzymatic Biodegradation Pathways of Elastomers"

The postdoctoral fellow will focus on developing omics approaches (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) to study microbial and fungal strains capable of biodegrading elastomers. Responsibilities include conducting biodegradation experiments, characterizing strains microbiologically and genomically, and implementing proteomic approaches to identify new pathways for elastomer degradation. The position is part of a collaborative laboratory involving the University of Clermont Auvergne, CNRS, and Michelin, offering access to advanced technical platforms and local expertise in microbiology and biochemistry.
