Postdoctoral Scholar

The Keystone Animal Diagnostic Center (KADC) at Penn State University is looking for a Postdoctoral Scholar to join its team. The successful candidate will develop and optimize diagnostic assays and technologies to support animal health, particularly in the livestock and poultry industries. Responsibilities include performing molecular and serological techniques, participating in applied research, and mentoring students. A Ph.D. in Veterinary or Animal Science is required, along with experience in molecular diagnostics and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS). This is a term position funded for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding availability.
