Comparative evaluation procedure for n. 1 post-doc research contract

This project investigates nocebo effects in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and evaluates two interventions: a psychoeducational program for healthcare staff and patients, and a tailored mindfulness program for IBD patients. The multicenter study will recruit 200 participants initiating biologic therapy, measuring clinical indices, PROMs, anxiety/stress, mindfulness scales, and biomarkers to link treatment response.
