Postdoctoral Scholar - Cell and Biological Systems

The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Cell and Biological Systems, is looking for a postdoctoral scholar to join Dr. Shengyu Yang’s lab. The research focuses on understanding the role of metabolic stress signaling in metastatic cancer, particularly how mitochondrial metabolism influences cancer progression. Candidates should possess a recent Ph.D. and have expertise in biochemistry, molecular biology, or cancer metabolism. Experience with genetically engineered mouse models is desirable. The position offers training opportunities in various cancer models and skills development in grant writing and mentoring.
