Postdoctoral Position Offer – Molecular Dynamics Modeling of PVD Layer Growth

The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for developing molecular dynamics simulations to understand the growth mechanisms of thin films deposited by magnetron sputtering, particularly for metallic materials (Ag) and oxides (ZnO). The role includes coordinating with the University of Helsinki and analyzing nucleation, growth, and texturing mechanisms based on deposition parameters. The candidate should have a strong background in materials physics and experience in molecular dynamics and numerical modeling.
