Post-Doctoral Fellow in Chemistry and Chemical Biology

The Nocera lab at Harvard University is looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join their research program focused on radical-based mechanistic enzymology, particularly studying proton-coupled electron transfer (PCET) within ribonucleotide reductase (RNR). The ideal candidate will employ an interdisciplinary approach, utilizing biochemistry, biophysical spectroscopies, organic synthesis, and electrochemistry. Responsibilities include conducting research, optimizing methods, preparing manuscripts, and participating in teaching and mentoring activities. A Ph.D. in biochemistry or a related field is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
