PhD Position: M/F Design and development of catalysts based on abundant metals for reactions of nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide with hydrocarbons

This PhD position at the CNRS Coordination Chemistry Laboratory in Toulouse involves designing and developing new catalysts based on abundant transition metals for activating nitrous oxide (N₂O) and carbon dioxide (CO₂). The research aims to transform these greenhouse gases into valuable compounds, utilizing bimetallic coordination strategies and integrating computational modeling with experimental catalysis techniques. The project is part of a collaboration with the University of Oklahoma and is funded by the ANR.
