Lecturer in Indigenous Studies

The Irving K. Barber School of Arts and Sciences at UBC Okanagan is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Indigenous Studies. The successful candidate will teach courses ranging from introductory to advanced levels and engage with Indigenous communities. Applicants must have a PhD in a related field by the time of appointment. The position is a three-year contract starting January 1, 2027, with a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000. Preference will be given to Indigenous applicants. The deadline for applications is October 5, 2026.
