Post Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics

The University of Cambridge is seeking a Post Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. The successful candidate will work on the theoretical and computational aspects of tensor networks as part of Professor F Verstraete's research group, funded by an ESPRC grant. Responsibilities include conducting research, managing projects, and assisting in student supervision. A PhD in physics or mathematics and experience with tensor networks are required. The position is fixed-term for 2 years, starting September/October 2026.
