The Wu Tsai Institute (WTI) Postdoctoral Fellowships Program supports early-career researchers from diverse disciplines in their pursuit of interdisciplinary research that drives discoveries about the mind through the integrated study of the brain. Wu Tsai Postdoctoral Fellows will work across traditional disciplinary boundaries using experimental, computational, or theoretical methods to investigate human cognition and explore human potential. The program offers structured programming, shared research facilities, internal funding, and mentorship tailored to interdisciplinary goals. Applicants must have a PhD awarded within the last 3 years and demonstrate an interdisciplinary training plan. The fellowship is open to U.S. and non-U.S. citizens, but current Yale community members are ineligible. The application includes a cover letter, research statement, social impact statement, letters of recommendation, and a CV.
