Researcher - Sociology of Waitstaff in Fine Dining

This position involves conducting sociological research on waitstaff in fine-dining restaurants in Paris, as part of the ANR EUROCLASS project. The researcher will perform qualitative studies, analyze data, and contribute to understanding class relations in the workplace.
