Functional Characterisation of Non-Coding RNAs and Drug Response Mechanisms in Aggressive Cancer Models

This research project aims to explore the molecular and cellular mechanisms that underlie drug responses in aggressive cancer models, particularly emphasizing the role of non-coding RNAs. The work will involve managing and characterizing human cancer cell models, conducting functional assays, and analyzing cellular processes such as apoptosis and cell-cycle alterations using various molecular biology techniques.
