Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior

The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior position in the Organizational Leadership and Information Analytics Division, starting in Fall 2027. We seek candidates with a strong potential for publishing high-quality research in leading management journals and a willingness to teach courses in organizational behavior and management. Minimum qualifications include a doctorate in Organizational Behavior or a related field, and candidates close to completing their Ph.D. will be considered.
