Microbiome Specialist

Join the EMBL Microbial Automation & Culturomics Core Facility as a Microbiome Specialist. You will consult and train users, perform high-throughput cultivation and screening of gut microbiomes, and establish pipelines for nucleic acid extraction. A PhD in microbiology or molecular biology is required, along with expertise in high-throughput screening and microbial interactions.
