Policy Lead

The Policy Lead plays a key role in leading the execution of the Institute’s external genomic policy positions and internal policy development. This role involves translating analysis into targeted policy engagement, strengthening research culture, and ensuring alignment with scientific priorities. The successful candidate will have significant academic research experience, deep expertise in genomic policy, and strong relationship-building skills. This is a hybrid role with a focus on work-life balance and family-friendly policies.
