Postdoctoral Research Associate Department Mechanical Engineering

The Center for Wind Energy at UT Dallas is looking for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to support a two-year NSF-funded project aimed at increasing annual energy production on wind farms. The role involves developing, simulating, and testing algorithms for real-time turbine optimization. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in a related field, preferably with experience in real-time optimization and programming skills in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, and Python. The position encourages collaboration with faculty, graduate students, and industry partners, and participation in research development is welcomed.
