The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will investigate the exsolution of metal nanoparticles from oxide materials, utilizing advanced techniques such as STEM and EELS. The role involves designing and characterizing materials to understand the exsolution process, including point defects and their interactions. Candidates should have a PhD in solid state physics or materials science, with experience in (S)TEM and EELS. The position is full-time for four years, with 25% dedicated to teaching. The successful candidate will join a team at the Centre for Materials Science and Nanotechnology, contributing to innovative research in energy conversion technologies.
