Postdoctoral Research Fellow Fixed Term: Research Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics

The National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) is looking for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Qubit Materials Group at the Research Center for Materials Nanoarchitectonics (MANA). The successful candidate will engage in research focusing on low-dimensional materials and superconducting materials, employing techniques such as thin-film fabrication, microfabrication, and electrical characterization. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. or be nearing completion in applied physics or physics, along with experience in thin film fabrication, microfabrication in cleanroom environments, and low-temperature electrical measurements. The position is fixed-term for one year, with the possibility of renewal up to five years based on performance.
