Post-doctoral Research Associate in MOVPE Growth of Nitride Materials for Power Electronics

The Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to focus on the MOVPE growth of nitride materials for power electronics. The successful candidate will manage research activities, contribute to the development of high-performance AlGaN solid-state circuit breakers, and collaborate on interdisciplinary research. A Ph.D. in a relevant field is required, along with experience in crystal growth and material characterization techniques.
