The University of Konstanz is a dynamic and internationally successful research university with approximately 10,000 students. The W3 Professorship in the Department of Law, Section Politics-Law-Economics, aims to fill the position by April 1, 2027. The successful candidate should have a strong academic background in Civil Law, preferably with expertise in labor law or corporate law, and demonstrate a willingness to teach in these areas. Active participation in civil law training and mandatory courses across all programs in the department is expected. The position requires a completed legal education qualifying for judicial office, a doctorate, habilitation or equivalent scientific achievement, and exceptional teaching qualifications.
