PhD Position in High-Throughput Development of Chemical Conversion Treatment for Light Metals

We are seeking a PhD student to join our research on high-throughput development of chemical conversion treatments for aluminium and magnesium alloys. The role involves developing experimental methods, automating workflows, and collaborating with computational scientists. A master's degree in chemistry or related fields is required, along with solid laboratory skills and a curiosity for automation and AI. Very good English is essential, and knowledge of German is preferred. The position is part-time and located in Geesthacht, Germany.
