Post Doctoral Research Associate for ATLAS upgrade in Computing and Software

Lancaster University is seeking a Post Doctoral Research Associate to contribute to the ATLAS upgrade at CERN, focusing on computing and software enhancements. The role involves developing new software frameworks and ensuring efficient code for upgraded tracking detectors. Candidates should have a PhD in experimental High Energy Physics and experience with programming languages such as OO/C++. Knowledge of machine learning and concurrent programming is desirable.
