NIR High-Resolution Spectroscopy of Star Clusters in the Galactic Bulge

The position involves analyzing high-resolution stellar spectra from bulge globular clusters obtained with CRIRES at the Very Large Telescope. Responsibilities include spectral extraction, continuum determination, identification of key spectral lines, and comparison with synthetic spectra. The candidate will also determine radial velocities and chemical abundances, and interpret the results.
