Assistant Professor in Food Studies

The Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences at the University of Toronto Scarborough invites applications for a tenure-stream Assistant Professor position in Food Studies. Candidates must hold a PhD in Food Studies or a related discipline by appointment or shortly thereafter, with a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary, community-engaged research with a global scope, focusing on food and sustainability and the impact of environmental factors on food and culinary practices.
