PhD student “Energy Transitions and northern coastal disturbances in South America”

The doctoral student recruited for this project will play three roles: gathering information on ongoing energy transitions and their socio-environmental impacts, identifying recurring mechanisms of impacts, and assisting in project implementation. A degree in geography, geomorphology, or environmental studies is required, along with proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese. The project will explore the environmental disturbances and socio-spatial reconfigurations linked to energy production in northern South America.
