Postdoctoral Fellow School Faculty of Arts and Sciences

The Arlotta lab at Harvard University is looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow to engage in computational analysis of functional genomics datasets related to brain disorders like schizophrenia and autism. The successful candidate will develop new computational methods for analyzing RNAseq, ATACseq, and Spatial Transcriptomics datasets, working closely with laboratory scientists and other computational biologists. The position emphasizes collaboration and the application of advanced technologies in a fast-paced research environment. A Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Biology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in R and/or Python.
