Research Assistant/Associate - Postdoc

The Chair of Methods for Model-based Development in Computational Engineering at RWTH Aachen University is looking for a motivated Postdoc to support the establishment of a new Cross-Sectional Group in Sustainable Computational Engineering. The successful candidate will develop simulation methods that minimize computational resource use while enabling scientific insight. Responsibilities include advising researchers, developing training activities, and initiating collaborations. The position is full-time, fixed-term for four years, starting January 1, 2027, with a salary based on the German public service scale.
