PhD Thesis in Cellular Neurobiology

The PhD project aims to characterize the molecular mechanisms by which NAV1 regulates axon growth and guidance, and to determine the functional impact of neurodevelopmental disorder-associated mutations. The research will combine cellular neurobiology, molecular biochemistry, and developmental biology approaches, utilizing primary cultures of mouse neurons and high-resolution live-cell imaging techniques.
