Researcher in Characterization of Autoantibodies in Patients with PLA2R1-Associated Membranous Nephropathy

The researcher will independently conduct the characterization of autoantibodies in patients with PLA2R1-associated membranous nephropathy, from molecular characterization through in vitro and in vivo studies. Responsibilities include producing various antigens in recombinant form, monoclonal antibodies, and characterizing interactions between PLA2R1 and patient antibodies. The position is part of a program funded by the ANR and other sources, within a multidisciplinary team at the Institut de Pharmacologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire.
