PhD Position - 3D Electron Diffraction of Magnetism and Structural Disorder in NiO

The PhD project focuses on applying 3D electron diffraction to study the magnetic and structural properties of NiO, both below and above its Néel temperature. The candidate will prepare samples, collect diffraction data, and develop methodologies for data interpretation. Collaboration with Uppsala University and access to advanced facilities are included. Ideal candidates have a master's in physics or related fields, with skills in solid state physics and data analysis. English proficiency is required.
