Closed: Instructor – Structural Biology – Rosenbaum Lab

The Rosenbaum lab at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an Instructor to conduct advanced research focusing on structural and functional analyses of G protein coupled receptors and proteins involved in cholesterol homeostasis. The successful candidate will elucidate cryo-EM structures of lipid regulatory proteins and perform assays and structure-guided mutagenesis to investigate protein function. Responsibilities include protein expression, purification, cryo-EM data collection, and collaborative data analysis. A Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biophysics, or a related field is required.
