Research Associate / Fellow in Computational Fluid Mechanics

The University of Nottingham is looking for a Research Associate/Fellow in Computational Fluid Mechanics to work on a Wellcome Trust funded project. The successful candidate will develop a biophysical computational model to study placental blood flow and its impact on fetal health. This role requires expertise in finite element methods and solid mechanics, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across several universities. The position is full-time and fixed-term for 3 years, starting from October 2026.
