Assistant or Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering

The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Washington invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Hires will be made in all areas of ECE, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, microelectronics and integrated circuits, computer engineering, control systems and robotics, electronic, photonic and quantum integrated systems, power and energy systems, signal processing, data science, and engineering education. The positions are full-time, multi-year appointments with 9-month service periods and an anticipated start date of September 1, 2027. All University of Washington faculty are expected to engage in teaching, research, and service, fostering an inclusive and welcoming community.
