PhD student in analytical chemistry applied to the environment and ecotoxicology

The Institute of Analytical Sciences and Physical Chemistry for the Environment and Materials (IPREM) is seeking a PhD student to investigate the bioaccumulation of metals in periphytic biofilms. The research will link metal speciation in solution to accumulation in biofilms, exploring environmental and internal parameters affecting this process. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or Environmental Sciences, with a keen interest in ecotoxicology and experience in analytical development being advantageous. Proficiency in English is required.
