Senior Computational Biologist / Non-Tenure Track Assistant Professor/ Faculty Research Scientist

The Skok Lab at NYU Grossman School of Medicine is looking for a computational scientist to develop computational strategies for single-molecule epigenomics and 3D genome biology. The role involves creating computational pipelines for long-read sequencing data, applying statistical and machine-learning methods, and integrating various datasets to explore chromatin architecture and gene regulation. The successful candidate will also mentor students and pursue independent research. A PhD in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience are required.
