Postdoctoral Researcher. Modeling Induced Seismicity in Geothermal Fields

The postdoctoral researcher will work on modeling fractured media for hydrogeology and geomechanics, specifically investigating induced seismicity in geothermal fields. They will validate a numerical model to assess the impact of fluid flow through fractured networks on seismicity, applying it to case studies from deep geothermal energy projects. The researcher is expected to publish findings and present at conferences, joining a multidisciplinary team within the Fractory joint laboratory, a collaboration involving CNRS and the University of Rennes 1.
