This postdoctoral position at CNRS focuses on the interactions between microbial hosts and viruses in wetland soils, particularly how hydrological disturbances from climate change affect these interactions and greenhouse gas fluxes. The successful candidate will conduct experiments in soil mesocosms and microcosms, utilizing molecular approaches and analytical measurements to assess the impact of these disturbances. The role requires a PhD in soil science or related fields, with strong statistical knowledge and experience in molecular ecology methods preferred. Proficiency in English is also required.
